Alyssa offers large group guided meditation sessions appropriate for events, festivals, and wellness programs. Alyssa is able to scale these events to meet the needs and intention of the group. During these meditations, Alyssa teaches fundamental breathing techniques, and will offer strategies to achieve mindfulness, increase equanimity, and augment neuroplasticity. Meditation sessions are appropriate for all levels of practitioner and again, will be curated, to have maximum benefit in participant lives. These guided meditations will be 360 degree experiences, allowing participants to experience deep shared relaxation with the group writ large.
