Alyssa offers guided meditation sessions for small, intimate groups. During these meditations, she teaches breathing techniques, and will offer strategies to achieve mindfulness, increase equanimity, and augment clarity of mind. These guided group meditation sessions are appropriate for all levels of practitioner and again, will be curated, to have maximum benefit in one's life. These guided meditations will be 360 degree experiences, allowing each participant to experience deep relaxation and bliss.
